We run Helen O'Grady drama classes in South Cumbria and North Lancashire for children from 5 years old to 17 years old. The classes are split into three age groups; Lower Primary, for 5 – 8 year olds, Upper Primary for 9 – 11 year olds and Youth Theatre classes for secondary school pupils.
Classes are available across the South Cumbria and North Lancashire region including: Appleby, Barrow-in-Furness, Kirkby Lonsdale, Lancaster and Morecambe. Use our new interactive map to find a class near you.

These aims are achieved through energetic and thoroughly enjoyable, weekly, one-hour classes. Our drama classes operate during term time only.
EXCITING DRAMA CLASSES
Each lesson is carefully planned. Our award winning curriculum includes introductory activities, speech, verbal dynamics, creative movement, dance drama, language development, structured improvisation, dialogue development, snippets, scene starters, mini-scripts, parent day presentations, end of year productions. Above all, our drama classes are fun!
All Principals and teachers have undergone extensive training in Helen O'Grady curriculum and teaching methods. All teachers have an enhanced Criminal Record Bureau check in place.
